The other day, my friend and I went to the owl cafe in Osaka, called Owl Family Osaka. We had a 60 minute time slot, the beginning of which we were given detailed instructions about the manner and way of handling the owls. After the instruction, we were able to play with the owls.

The women running the establishment were really friendly and were so loving to the owls, they really helped us to understand the owls that we interacted with!

There were a few owls we were allowed to handle in our allowed time, while some others were in an area where they rested.

It was a really great experience!! The owls were very well behaved and were incredibly friendly. There is also a really cute little owl goods shop in the cafe~!

You should definitely visit someday if you have the chance!

Here’s their blog: http://blog.livedoor.jp/owlfamily/

oh gosh oh gosh they’re so beautiful I would give anything to go here

Old, dilapidated buildings are usually an unsightly scene. In this case, however, miniature broken down houses are appreciated for being wonderful works of art. The series itself is based on photographs of abandoned structures neglected by man and destroyed by the weather. The photographs were taken by an amateur photographer from North Dakota, Ofra Lapid. They were then used to create small scale models.

Android Are Bringing Technology to the Wrist

“Information that moves with you”. This is the promise of the newly announced smart watch concept from Android. In the past few years, the phrase “wearable technology” has been on the minds of every big tech company. Now, many of them are making true on the promise of smart devices solely built for portability and ease of use. What setsAndroid Wear apart from the flood of smart watches and wristbands, is the combination of Google OS and a truly elevated design aesthetic.

By incorporating incredibly intelligent software, any information is at the tip of your finger and a glance at your wrist. Search for exciting new restaurants, find the quickest route home, or find out the name of the actor who was in that obscure movie from your childhood.

Before the announcement of Android Wear, we have been limited to rather bulky smart watches or sporty, rubberized bands that can stand out (in a negative way). While the concepts for Android wear are still on the large side, thankfully with the help of theMotorola design team, the watches are moving towards a more inconspicuous look. Basically, you will no longer feel like you have a brick strapped to your wrist.
